Wellness Company Recalls Supplement Because The Bottles May Explode
A Montana-based health company named Mountain Meadow Herbs has announced withdrawals involving dozens of Flush Candida capsule bottles. The reason, according to the company, is that some of these bottles are pressurized while in storage, which can cause bottles to explode or issue powder when opened, potentially placing consumers at risk.

This withdrawal includes 54 bottles of Candida Flush, capsule -based supplements that are sold as intestinal cleaning products. Capsules contain several ingredients, including beta carotene, dark garlic, vitamin C, and active charcoal.According to the company, these bottles are sold directly to buyers in many states, including Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, Montana, Indiana, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin. In addition, bottles are distributed to retail shops in several additional states, including New York, Maine, and Tennessee, and Ontario, Canada.
Consumers who believe that they have bought one of these bottles must check UPC codes, lot numbers, and expiration date to see if they have withdrawn units.
Risk of explosion
According to Mountain Meadow Herbs, customer complaints lead to internal investigations. The company found that several bottles that had become pressurized while in storage, even though the company was still looking for reasons for this problem. The FDA was warned by the withdrawal and reason for it. The company said there were no reports of “serious injuries” or diseases related to withdrawals.
The big concern, based on the withdrawal notice, is that these pressure bottles can cause powder and pieces of capsules to remove from the bottle when opened.
